Tracy Manor is located in scenic West Hartford in a quiet residential neighborhood within easy walking distance of many stores, banks, restaurants, and the bus line.
Our goal at Tracy Manor is to provide a consistent, high standard of service that allows the people we care for to live in a comfortable environment where their individuality, independence and dignity are respected and upheld.
Meals
We offer 3 home cooked meals per day plus a variety of healthy snacks and coffee breaks throughout the day. We strive to use local fresh produce. Most special diets and food preferences can be accommodated.
Activities
Here at Tracy Manor we like to keep our residents active physically, socially, and mentally through the many recreational features we have to offer. We offer diverse activities such as a selection of oil painting, musical performances, beach & pool trips, bingo, card games, board games, movie nights as well as health & beauty activities and shopping trips.
